Do you want to be pleasing to God? The Bible says that without faith, it is impossible to please God. Hebrews 11 is the Bible’s faith chapter. Meditating on it will considerably increase your faith!
Maybe you’re still doubting that you have faith…Do you believe that God exists? Hebrews 11:6 tells us this: “And it is impossible to please God without faith. Anyone who wants to come to him must believe that God exists and that he rewards those who sincerely seek him.” (the Bible, NLT)
- Believing in God is the first step. It’s believing in His existence, in His salvation through Jesus, His Son. It’s believing in forgiveness of sin. It’s believing in His grace.
- Believing God is the next step. It’s believing in His promises, in His perfect plans for your life, in His unconditional love for you. It’s believing before seeing…
From this step — coming to God — a promise is made. It concerns you in particular, you who believe He exists…You see, God rewards those who sincerely seek Him. This word “reward” literally means, in biblical Greek, “one who pays wages.” Believing that He exists is enough for Him to act, glory to God!
I invite you to seek God especially today, with your whole heart. (read Jeremiah 29:11) God wants to be found by you…
Because I believe in God, but also because I believe God, I declare that He will reward you for sincerely seeking Him! He is going to pay your wages! I believe that in the coming days (if you haven’t already done so), you’ll use these keys to increase your faith…and that they’ll help you progress in your walk with God. Let’s believe it together!
I invite you to pray with me right now…“God, my Father, I ask You to forgive me for my wavering faith. Yes, I believe that You exist and that You reward me because I’m sincerely seeking You with all my soul. Save me from my incredulity; increase my faith. You know how much I want to please You! I declare that You are the Almighty God who is rising up in my life! In Jesus’s name, amen.”
